I have been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1973.  I have been with Windermere Real Estate since 1988. I am knowledgeable in all aspects of residential real estate from home buying, selling and investing, to land development and construction. I also do consulting for those customers with non buying or selling issues such as land use, property line concerns or real estate investment counseling. I am sought out, even by my competitors and their customers, for advice and information concerning land use and real estate issues.

My team of experts include other real estate specialists, lawyers, lenders, title and escrow firms, environmental experts, builders and surveyors just to name a few. Knowledge is power and the correct information is the most powerful.

Born and raised in Seattle, I've been married for 22 years, with 2 wonderful college age daughters. My hobbies, include art, scuba diving and restoring cars. I am an active member and the President of the Puget Sound Military Vehicle Collector’s Club dedicated to the rescue, restoration and display of historical military vehicles.

The "Dirt Man" name started as a joke when, years ago, I had bought some lots for myself. Land was referred to as "dirt" and because I had a bunch in the area I was called the "Dirt Man". As time went on I became the office expert on land, land use, construction techniques and the land problem solver. I started advertising as "Dewey the Dirt Man" about the same time as Dick Balch, a car dealer noted for smashing cars on his TV commercials. I got lots of calls and laughs over it and it stuck. The rest is history. So be a part of history and call me when you feel that urge to buy, sell or problem solve your own piece of "dirt".
